1. select “SIM reorder” to open the menu for SIM reorders.
2. under “Order details” you can now define the parameters for your repeat order. Please select the tariff for which you require the cards.
3. enter the desired number of SIM cards required and select the desired SIM format. 4. in the notes field, you can provide us with further information about the order, such as a different delivery address or if you would like to receive SIM cards in triple SIM format again.
5. by clicking on the “Order SIM cards” button you initiate the order and this is usually processed within 2-3 working days and the shipment to you is confirmed.
